Tom Rosenbauer, host of the Orvis Fly Fishing Podcasts, has been with the Orvis Company over 30 years, and while there has been a fishing school instructor, copywriter, public relations director, merchandise manager, and was editor of The Orvis News for 10 years. He is currently Marketing Director for Orvis Rod and Tackle. As merchandise manager, web merchandiser, and catalog director, the titles under his direction have won numerous Gold Medals in the Annual Catalog Age Awards.

My name is Rick Crawford and I am the Fly Fishing Climate Alliance founder, President of Emerger Strategies, and the creator & host of The Sustainable Angler podcast. After graduating with an MBA in Sustainable Business from Marylhurst University and spending a decade in the sustainability field doing everything from installing solar panels, manufacturing biodiesel and working in sales & marketing at few green building software start-ups, I founded the sustainable business consultancy Emerger Strategies in 2016, and ultimately released my first The Sustainable Angler podcast in 2018.

Pamela is the founder of Women, Wine and Waders, a fly fishing group based out of West Virginia.
Pamela is also the co-founder of International Women’s Fly Fishing Day and was recognized by the state of West Virginia as one of the state’s “50 Wonder Women”. Pamela is a teacher and mentor to female fly anglers worldwide, but still loves to call the Mountaineer State her home.
